Lona* (Unpublished Picture Book)

Lona was born with moth wings, which made life difficult in the city where she lived. She had to carry them carefully, hide them, and always be cautious. Her parents loved her dearly, but at first, they didn’t fully understand her struggles.

As Lona showed strength and stayed true to her feelings, her parents began to accept her reality. Luckily, they chose to support her, standing by her side as she set out on a journey to find a place where she truly belonged.

The story of Lona is about accepting our feelings without feeling the need to justify them, self-discovery, resilience, and the courage to be yourself. It reminds us that being different is okay and encourages us to embrace who we are, just like Lona did.
